Ok. I believe in God, but i don't believe any religion has correctly emphasized what God is. Does this make me spiritual and not religious?

I say I'm a jew. But frankly i am a jew in name only. I don't follow the religion, go to synagogue, or anything like that.

Then I wouldn't consider you being religious. However, again, this is all up to personal interpretation. I don't want to tell you that you're not religious if you've believed that you are your entire life. But, I would steer towards it being spiritual if you feel a connection with something and not necessarily believe in a higher power.

Not saying there isn't a difference. Don't care. But every person I've heard say that phrase in real life has made me want to punch them in the face with their smarmy attitude.
