Woke up, showered, ate breakfast and had coffee. Went to work, kicked ass at work, came home, ran through my setlist twice. Still anxious about tour, but that's because I'm not actually on tour yet. Sharp pain in my chest though mild, I'm a bit short on breath and my back hurts a bit. So either I'm over-exerting myself and I don't really know it, or I'm not eating enough and don't know it, or I'm getting some really ****ed up cold and my body is hurting more because of my immune system sucking.
