You can get low-poo that isn't as harsh. My hair has never really been greasy, even when unwashed, so for me the transition was fairly easy. It's just that Big Shampoo purposefully sells you the lather-twice-if-it's-not-foaming-it's-not-working thing but it just dries the hell out of your hair and then you're supposed to follow up with conditioner to add moisture back in but all it does is essentially coat your hair in lotion, so then you start producing more oil and your hair gets greasy and then you feel like you need to wash it more.

It goes all the way to the top!

Literally just did and there's nothing at all. Another big thing is that I dont use heat on my hair so my scalp is in pristine supple condition.
