The laptop I was using for a while took its final breath (what's the nerd term for that?) the other day and Ki (being the pro spoiler he is) remedied this with a brand new one for me, for Christmas. It's absolutely perfect.

Christmas shopping is done, got the day off tomorrow and a fridge full of questionable and tasty things. Today is good.

My parents had the blue screen of death and I completely figured out how to fix it by installing new drivers.

Today has been fantastic. I helped cooking Christmas dinner with veges, shaved ham, chicken kebabs, pork sausages and champagne. The desert was nested meringe (can't spell) and vanetta ice cream. I got given a pink camera, designer hair tongs, jewelry and other things like le mis dvd which we are going to watch later. I'm so happily full, its great to be with family.

I may be an over-emotional fool, but I saw "It's a Wonderful Life" and again, after something like ten times I've seen it before, I could not help but cry. It is maybe the greatest movie man has ever made.
Sometimes I have felt like that George but then, after watching it, everything seems better. I cannot explain why, but it is something that gives me hope even in the middle of the darkest night. Amen.

Christmas. Uncle was all, "Just got back from visiting your dad," (parents are divorced, haven't seen or spoken to him in months...because I got a new phone and lost the number) and I was all crying and junk. I can't seem to have a pleasant Christmas, what with this stuff and my family constantly dying on Christmas.

Aoutch. I understand the feeling, Christmas sucks here too for a couple of years...

Worst Christmas I have ever had...No seriously... I spent a Christmas alone laying on the floor once in the dark listening to Johnny Cash, this one was even worse...

Today I had a half an hour long argument with my 6 year old nephew about what a rubbish superhero batman is.

Why is he crap?
Well you would at least expect a superhero called Batman to be able to fly like a bat can, or have super hearing, he has neither. Anything he does have is because he's filthy rich, and he needs to hang out with Robin to look good.

Well I love the batman but i would agree that technically he is not a superhero. I am pretty sure extraordinary or superhuman powers must be had to qualify. As you said being rich is not either.

My Verizon contract finally ends today so I'll be on my way downtown to speak with a rep in an hour or so, then to do a couple other things before I have to go into work (I was on call today so I had to restructure my day on short notice). Wish I'd had time to do laundry and a few other things, but whatever.

On the bright side, who knows what'll come in the mail today. We've been expecting packages.

Apparently my grandfather, who watches Fox News, hates the new Pope because he thinks he's a socialist. I'm like, dude, you're a Catholic, you don't get to disagree with a the Pope. I have had a good time with my family, but they do love to meddle. I only like it when mom babies me. It's amazing how much I miss being with my folks, I seriously love hanging out with my mom. My aunt didn't understand why I need to talk to my mom everyday. It brightens my day up.

Today I'm just going to relax, surf the internet and play my music.

I slept until 5 this evening after a long night of cheese eating and record listening. I have resumed this activity until I have to go to work tomorrow.

I chilled with an old friend for most of the day. Shopping, playing some co-op Resident Evil 6 and we were going to hit up the movies but we came down with the itis after eating out so we 86'ed that idea and went to the mall instead.

Nothing like the holidays to remind me how much white people annoy me.
