Had a talk with my friend today about how I've been more depressed than usual, we both chalked it up to me only sleeping, and working for the past couple months. Coworkers were nice enough to tell me to take an actual Sunday off because I've been miserable at work. I appreciate it, but I feel even worse now that I can't just work, and be happy that I have a job. It doesn't feel right to be so down when I know of other people that deal with more ****.

****, I just want to be normal, not complain, and not feel like **** all the time for no discernible reason other than "muh brain chemistry not right".

Do you get any exercise? You'd be surprised how much that can help.

About 3 weeks off meds now; I can feel the depression coming back. Feels like I'm underwater. Alexa play The Disintegration Loops

I've only managed to go 5 days in between each dose. **** feels horrible when I get to the 4th/5th day.
