Nestle Smarties don't exist in the United States because another company owns that name. Instead over here they're known as these chalky round sugar discs that kids get at Halloween to grind up and bet their friends to snort the fine powder... Anyways enough delving into my childhood.

Yesterday I completed a 50 mile bicycle ride in the morning. The heat index was 113ºF and I was slightly hungover. Go me!

Spent the morning doing minor car maintenance and cleaning... literally soaking with sweat it was so humid... but the car sparkles and shines like a new diamond, as did I, after a shower. :-)
