I just finished book III Wastelands today. It was a good read, not really digging the ending with the cliff hanger. I also got wizard and glass today looking forward to reading it. |

Other than that, I can't say I'm really that drawn to the Japanese culture, especially from 2 centuries ago. :\ Onwards and upwards: Jonathan Franzen - Freedom |
I finished PD James' Children of Men. It was an excellent commentary on many modern social issues (birth control, eugenics, etc) and had a fantastic plot, but the ending felt very unrealistic (within the context of the world that James created, that is) and rushed. Overall I'd say it was a 4/5, good read for anyone interested in Science Fiction.

John Irving's, "Last Night at Twisted River"
I started it months ago. Hoping to have time over Spring Break to finally finish. |
Just finished this one:
http://photo.goodreads.com/books/1168915404l/37435.jpg Gotta say, while this book was pretty good, I think I enjoyed the movie a little more. They are almost exactly the same, word for word in alot of spots, however the ending of the movie was much more fulfilling. About to start this one back up again: http://wolbookclubs.files.wordpress..../jane-eyre.jpg |
