I agree with everything except for the last sentence. I don't know what being "a patch on" means but I assume you are saying Shaun of the Dead is much better. I view both as pretty average films...

It wasn't emotional or mind bending but it was funny and emotional, as well as very entertaining.

EDIT: Although Hot Fuzz was better. :D

I just realised I messed what I said up, I said it wasn't emotional then claimed it was emotional. FML.

But yeah, I hold them both pretty close to each other. But Hot Fuzz was just that much better.

i remember being somewhat disappointed by hot fuzz. maybe it deserves another chance.

Hot Fuzz was boring in the beginning, until that nice little accident with Tim Messenger. Went uphill from there.

I hadn't seen this movie since I was 17 and tripping on shrooms for the first time. Brought back some wicked memories... if only I could actually find some mushrooms...
