Firstly, obviously I don't laugh my head off every time the laugh track is used...
Also, that scene in The Wire is funny on its own.

Me and my Dad have started watching "30 Rock". I have seen them all but they are worth another sit through.
The first two or three are slow, but it picks up very quickly.

I can understand why some people wouldn't like it, because it's a comedy that is loaded with gags, that isn't bust your gut hilarious. I think it's exactly perfect for what it is - An intelligent comedy.
I mean, Tracy Jordan calls toofer a "Black B@stard"... Perfect show.
