He is even better in Garth Marenghi's Darkplace- that show fecking rules. It borders on genius.

Probably not mate! It's just one of those shows that clicks or doesn't. I certainly have to be in the mood to watch it and there are many duff episodes but the sheer imagination of the series is to be applauded and they certainly don't kowtow to corporate requirements.

Watch it drunk sometime with a few mates- that's how I dug it!

One of the only British shows I've ever gotten into.

Been getting into The Office (US) lately. Downloaded the first season today and watching it now.

Season 5 of Dexter premiers tomorrow!
The wait was long. Felt even longer.

The new Breaking Bad needs to hurry up too.

All of my housemates are completely obsessed with Dexter. Since I don't have the time to actually sit down and watch it properly, I've only ever seen snippets and random episodes and bits and pieces in the background while I'm studying or something. I reaaallllyy want to get in to it, though, everyone seems to be raving about it.

It's good. Not only are the characters very likable, but the storyline itself is very interesting and executed very well. It helps to be a fan of cop drama, but this is way out of the lane of standard Law & Order type stuff.
And it's the only TV show I know of that will make you LIKE a serial killer.

If you want to get into it, all the seasons are available online in various places to stream for free. But if you ask me, it's worth buying the DVDs.

Yeah sounds pretty good. The whole concept of it just really intrigues me, and like you said, you actually like the protagonist who happens to be a serial killer. My housemates have all of the DVDs! I just have to find the time to sit down and watch them...
