Looking at the poll, its no surprise to see London Calling top and I voted for it as well. Some of my favourite Clash songs though, are on Sandinista and if Sandinista had been chopped down to a double it might well have topped London Calling.

The sad thing about the Clash, is how they finished..........Releasing Cut the Crap!!!

I haven't gotten cut the crap...is it even worth it?

It's unintentionally funny. But it only has one decent song in it, really: "This is England".

Don't spend money on it however. Not worth it at all.

I listened to it several years ago and approached it objectively after reading how bad it was, Basically its total crap. I once read that Joe Strummer apologized to the rest of the band (the originals had already left long before) for making such a bad record and involving them in it.

At least he apologized.

You`ve heard how bad it is, if I was in your position I would have to hear how bad it is for myself.

In fact I can`t think of any album, of hand, by a group of the calibre of Clash that is as bad as this.

Wasn't Paul Simonon on Cut the Crap?

Wow. Now I'm definitely getting it.
