You're misunderstanding. Hetfield sounds more country-ish, not vice versa. Also, it's my own observation, never stated it as fact.

Thats fine, I was wondering if you could tell me which artist sounds like him because I like Hetfields voice and I like country music.

You don't have to tell me if you don't want to, I guess, but I can't see why you wouldn't.

I apologize then, I took your response as a direct criticism. I can't think of a country singer that sounds like Hetfield, it was a first reaction I got when I listened to the album. It's the delivery of his voice, it has a country feel to it.

Dude, quit being passive aggressive. The internet is annoying enough.

And he does sound like a country singer. Not because he sounds like anyone in particular, just because he sounds like he could front a country band.

Metal singers with shot-out voices, should join a country band, its a good way to extend one's career.

I'm sorry, what? How am I being passive aggressive. I wanted to know who he was talking about.

Sounds pretty condescending to me.

Sounds like what you really wanted to say was, "You're a ****ing moron who doesn't know what he's talking about, so shut the **** up!", but you decided to be snide and condescending instead.

To be fair, it is literally impossible to tell the tone of someone's voice in text especially on a forum, so naturally people will think that when they're being questioned, it comes off as passive aggressive and condescending. However, I had/have no problem answer his question but there's really not much I can say to the matter for the fact that it's in the past.

For the record Waylon Jennings would be my ventured guess.
