I'd still take Spread the Disease over them, but I'm also more about the late-90s cro-mag metalcore than you are.

I'm not super into the Cro Mags as it is. They're fine.
I just think Coke Bust are what it's about when stuff needs to be crushed. Or any number of raw hardcore bands like Raw Nerve and SQRM

On a related note this album gets me stoked and chance will have it that there are some black metal-esque riffs in it

I meant cro-mag as in lowbrow thug beatdown metalcore kinda ****. But you crazy cause Cro-Mags the band are awesome.
