Update on my ish:

Was supposed to start therapy this week, am still working a limited schedule to accommodate it, got sober and quit caffeine for it, have been waiting an entire 12 months to start.

Got a message last friday that my therapist will be on leave until the end of summer. They said I could call the front desk if I wanted to schedule something for then.

Broken as **** piece of **** system, imagine if I was still suicidal and this kind of hurdle came up smh. I am stable I promise but my mind does instantly go to like "kill yourself and make your therapist find your body" levels of petty.

Update:

My psychiatrist has apparently gotten the boot and is no longer working for the department. So now I'm back to square one. I'll still be able to get my prescriptions filled but am further away from actually getting treatment than when I started.
