Now now children. Just apologize to Sir Paul and we'll all get through this.

He needs to apologize for co-writing Yellow Submarine.

That song that sounds like it was written to be played on short bus road trips? Yeah, not a fan.

And what corny *** are you referring to?

All that goofy modern metal you like so much is by and large corny as balls. And who cares if "Yellow Submarine" sounds dumb? It's supposed to sound whimsical and carefree and childlike.

It's supposed to sound dumb? Mission fully accomplished, I'm not denying that.

And I think you're just too used to your old-school metal safe-zone to appreciate modern metal.
Most metal is corny. It's one of the defining traits of the genre.

Justthefacts 06-27-2018 01:44 AM

Dying Fetus is far from corny.

Well, I agree with you. I don't drink or do drugs, and I don't objectify women. Okay, so maybe I'll say f*** a little. Yep, no cobwebs in this brain. :D

Did I take the fun out of it yet?

Actually, he didn't 'co-write' Yellow Submarine. He wrote that one all by himself.

I have to admit Yellow Submarine isn't my favorite Beatles' song though it isn't bad. I find it interesting though that a lot of non-Beatle fans list this as their favorite Beatles song. A kid I knew in Junior High loved this song.

Yikes! In that case he might have to commit seppuku.
