Depends what I'm doing ranging from 10 hours to none.

But on an average day (bearing in mind the fact that I'm a student and not doing much during the day, hell, ever) I'll probably listen to 6/7 albums. However busy I am I usually manage to listen to an album in bed on the iPod. Usually takes a while for me to decide what to listen to, a lot of scrolling up and down and battery life wasting.

I was going to say, why no tunes in the loo? Funny story: I stayed with this guy in berlin who had a radio in his bathroom. When they wired it up, they somehow fudged it so that when you turned the light on, the radio came on! Obviously this turned out to be a very cool magic mistake.
Anyway, I was having a shower one morning, and I slipped and fell. It was a shower bath shower with a curtain and a rail that came out from the wall. it was a pretty big fall, and landed on the floor outside the tub with the shower curtain and railing around me on the floor. Sadly, i pulled out the radio cord as it was wrapped around the metal rod (possibly not the smartest idea.) Anyway, that was the end of the radio/light switch phenomenon. Needless to say I felt pretty bad.

I wouldn't feel bad if the wire was wrapped around the curtain rod... I'd just blame their shoddy system of wiring it up.... hahahahahaha!

Man if I had no kids, family obligations or work it would be music from the minute I woke up to the minute I went to sleep, and I seriously would not get tired of it at all... I have big enough a collection to sustain that sort of music playing for a loooooong time.... and I would play that much, no doubts about it!

Not as much as I used to. I have my morning music to get me going, but my car's radio doesn't work. But fortunately since I drive for a living I can play music in my cab but our company is clamping down on music with clients in the car so not as much there either. So I'd say about 4-6 hours per day. That's actually alot for me because I no longer watch tv since the digital changeover unless I'm watching a dvd.
