I like what PMO posted and well, I like to vote for the underdog.

Oh, and a link wouldn't hurt.

House is a big no-no for me. It's one of the few genres (along with Contemporary R&B) that I see nothing good in whatsoever. And they play the **** in nearly every ****ing club too. It feels like my IQ is lowed by a couple of points every time I have to hear one of those pointless boring beats that makes you want to claw your eyes out.

So, no from me.

I voted yes, these guys are awesome. More deserving than some that have already made it in.

I like Leftfield, but disagree with that completley. All the inducted artists are definatley deservant of their title.

This is exactly why we try to promote artists like Leftfield. They sound nothing like mainstream club music but they influenced it a great deal. Such a ridiculously close minded attitude to Electronica all over these boards. If you can't tell the difference between these and a flavour of the month Europop song then you need to educate your ear.

mods can we start putting a post limit on who can vote?

it's getting pretty fucking tedious to see people with 10, 15 posts registering their opinion when they only have a nominal interest in music to begin with.

a courtesy limit of about 100 posts would do just fine.

Well, it's PMO's thread based on JayJamJah's idea (I think), so I guess it's their decision. I wouldn't be against the idea though.
