My GF's aunt lost her Covid battle yesterday. She spent five months on a ventilator and/or tracheotomy tube. She was not conscious for most of it. The last time we saw her was her birthday. A week later she was in the hospital with Covid. Now she's gone.

I want out of this hell.

Can I suggest we/you guys push this DMX thing either to one side or take it to I don't know, the hip-hop sub forum or the racism thread I made, or somewhere else? It seems a little disrespectful going on about these issues in here, especially in the light of Exo's loss.

Thanks. I didn't know her very well as she lived far away but she was a sweet woman and nobody deserves what she went through.

TH, I got the first dose in me as of a week ago. The second dose goes in on May 1st.

I'm decaff at the moment.

I get my 2nd shot Thursday morning (Moderna). Planning on doing absolutely nothing after that until Monday. Very weird first time ever feeling of looking forward to an event that, going by what I’m reading, will probably make me feel miserable for hours or days. It’s a real mindfuck.

Yeah I'm not too thrilled about it. I didn't have much of a reaction to the first jab but I'm hearing the second Moderna one can whoop ass a bit.

More terrible news. Very sorry for the loss of your girlfriend's aunt, Exo. My condolences to both of you, and to your families.

I got my second shot (Pfizer) on Friday. Headache and fatigue yesterday, but feeling much better today.

Covid is a monster that we shouldn't underestimate.
