Well this got a bit crazy.

Trollheart, thanks for speaking your mind. You didn't have to respond to this thread and you did because I believe you truly care. I thank you for that.

Herm, thank you for sticking up for somebody you don't even know and trying to being anther view on this. It's very appreciated and it helped a lot.

I'm not going to agree or disagree with either one of you because that would only make matters worse. I will say that I can relate to each of your points of view and it's going to take some time to figure out what decision we've made is going to be the right one. Right now we're monitoring and administering his medicine and honestly it's showing. I had my brother back today. Tomorrow it could be entirely different but we're not going to ease of the gas pedal one things start getting back to normal if they even do.

Babysteps guys. Thanks for all your feedback. I can't state how helpful it's been and while you may all be just words on a website I know that I have people I can go to when life decides to be Sh*tty who will tell me everything is going to be okay. I think that's a special thing.

Thank you.

It's so obvious that you care and I know it must be difficult to make huge decisions like that. Just remember support is so important with mental illnesses and it looks like that's what you're trying to do.

We've been supportive for a long long time and continually get it thrown back in our face. The time is coming where the support is going to be harder and harder to give. I'm not saying that I'm there yet because my brother is on my mind 24 hours a day but I get where Trollheart is coming from when he says sometimes it's better to let go instead of ruin three lives. I'm going to do my best to make sure that doesn't happen though.

With your thread about to fall off the first page I'd just like to bump it back up to ask how things are going now? Any better? Any progress? Hope it's getting a little easier to deal with, and he's showing some improvement.

Thinkin' of ya man!

Right Hermoine, Trollheart and Aww Sugar calm the hell down please. This doesn't need to get personal.

That was like 5 days ago. I'm going to go ahead and assume they're not still worked up about it.

Things got a little crazy last night and today. I'll write in detail later. My puppy is being a puppy. She's all crazy.

What was 5 minutes ago? The posts that were made on the 13th, or Trollheart posting a followup in regard to seeing how the OP's situation was faring?
