Yeah, there are guys who will tell girls what they want to hear so they'll sleep with them. It's best to just wait a few months, date and hang out, do stuff together, before jumping into bed.

A few months? LOL Damn Mother Theresa. :shycouch:

Nothing wrong with that imo. I wouldn't be arsed waiting that long if I liked a girl.

Different Strokes. I have never had that problem thankfully. Sex is a very important part of any relationship, and at my age women understand that. Whatever works for ya though.

Kayleigh my dear the advice given so far is what I'd suggest, just tell them you won't sleep with them straight away or say no if they ask and you'll find out what their real interest is. And if they take you out on dates and actively try to get to know you then you will know their intentions.

Oh puh-leeeeze! I have friends who bitch about guys not calling them back after they slept with them within the first 5 dates, or that those guys just want to be FWBs or something. I wanted to spend some time connecting with my boyfriend before sleeping with him but that doesn't mean we didn't do anything else.

Found out yesterday the dude that ignored me didn't want anything serious, which is cool. I respect that, he is going away for 6 months later in the year. Why is he such a pussy tho that couldn't ****ing say? How hard is that, it would've saved me a lot of confusion and thinking I'd done something wrong. He wasn't that ****ing special that he would hurt my feelings. God damn men can be such pussies.

How hard were you trying to contact him? It could have been an ego thing, I know women like to feel like they're being chased sometimes, perhaps it was an ego thing for him? More of a dick move than being a pussy if that were the case..

If you're in a relationship right now, how much do you have in common with the other person? Is having a lot of things in common right from the start important to you?
