Had rehearsal today for Laundry and Bourbon. My accent is really coming along - occasionally it still lapses into some weird Georgia/Tennessee/Texas hybrid thing, when I'm not concentrating, but for the most part, it's going well.

The poor girl who co-stars with me is having an awful time of it trying to learn her accent. She's got a theatre degree and a few professional credits, but for some reason she just can't seem to do it. Her level of frustration makes me really sad, but I'm still trying to worry about my own performance. I've been giving her all of the resources I can think of to help her out, but she keeps saying, "I don't know. I just can't get it," then looking really sad.

I've spent more time today trying to find stuff to help her out than I have to work on my own stuff, but hopefully when I give her a new list of resources tomorrow, she'll get it and I can worry about me.

My idiot little brother got high at school, tried to crawl under the gates and he cut his chin. What a wally man he could have had his eye out. Got a free house now though.

My little brother got high at school, was busted my parents sitting in his room with a pipe sitting next to him, while he played the guitar. The reason they went into his room in my fathers words 'he'd been playing Wish You Were Here' for nearly 40 minutes without a break, if this ruins that song for me i'll kill him!'

feeling all kinds of weird today

had vertigo for a while, on my way home felt like my body is having a system shutdown, had a bloated tummy just now (wind), then perspired heavily and had lots of eye protein deposits
