That Venn diagram has more overlap than you'd expect.

@Mind you should go rock climbing, that'd take you out of your comfort zone through exercise.

Nut up and go into nature. You aren't going to be eaten, I pinky swear. If you come across a cat, just go psycho for a second and scream at it. That should scare it off.
