Any of my Scottish bros tried this:

Stornoway Black Pudding by MacLeod and MacLeod - Mail Order

Charles MacLeod - Makers of Stornoway Black Pudding

Meant to be the dog's bollocks but it's about thirty quid to get a couple delivered and there are only two Midlands suppliers (based too far away to drive and buy a couple of sausages).

Stornoway black pudding - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Quote:
Stornoway black pudding has been called "the best sausage made in the UK" and one of the finest blood puddings the world has to offer.
A shame. I'm a big fan of black pudding

Not a fan of blood sausage. Much too gamey for my tastes. Pretty unhealthy too.

Since you mentioned it, and I didn't know where to post it, rumours that Mayweather vs Pacquiao will be announced during the Super Bowl.

@Urban looks good pal, love a good stew. Even better the next day.

So, you'll be having some Mayweather with a side of Pacquio then. Nice.

1 lg. yellow onion chopped
3 cloves garlic sliced
2" of grated ginger
saute in a pan with a couple of turns of olive oil until the onion is limp.
mix in 2 tsp of paprika, 2 tblsp of garum marsala, 2 tsp salt, and 2 tblsp of tomato paste. Let cook for a bit stirring well and then add a small amount of water to deglaze the pan. Turn off the heat.

Cut up 1.5 lbs of chicken into 1" cubes and add to the pan along with a 28 oz can of diced tomatoes. Mix everything up and then add to a crock pot set on low. Cook for 8 hours.

30 minutes before done add about a cup of coconut milk. Leave the cover off and stir a bit to thicken. Serve over rice.
