Yes, because every time you've talked about my music, it's like you don't listen beyond realizing that it's occasionally dissonant.

That's like criticizing someone's taste buds because they don't like the same foods as you do.
The situation changes when someone says that they don't like food they've never tried.

And no it's not nostalgia. My listening tastes range between stuff written hundreds of years ago right up to the present.
Do you think that nostalgia is something that we're conscious of?

But I don't toss away the stuff I liked in the 1980s just because we're into the 2010s.
Congratulations. Now you just need to work on discriminating between things you like in the 80s that were terrible once your head wasn't full of coke.

If you think that all Satriani is is the pentatonic scale, then there's no hope for you. Maybe it's you that needs to refine your listening skills, eh?
Not all, but it's certainly one of his favourites.

If you two are going to shake your dicks at each other you should make a thread about it.

Frown vs. Chula is the worst feud ever. It's the same ****ing argument every time, regardless of what the initial topic is.

Ya, I'm done. Me and Frown don't like the same stuff. Me and Frown accuse each other of lack of taste because we don't like the same stuff. Me and Frown both exaggerate our dislike of each other's stuff to get under each other's skin.

Dicks get shaked. Wash, rinse, repeat.

EDIT: Ya, I think I'm pretty conscience a lot of times that nostalgia is playing a role in my enjoyment of something. I hardly ever listen to Zeppelin these days believe it or not. But when I do I'm taken vividly back to the 70s.
