Only too true! What happened to the other dude from that band that wasn't Darren Hayes?? They used to have a great time on Triple J radio in Australia reading out Hayes' blog on air, very "savagely" took the piss out of him...

Automatic Slim 02-16-2009 02:37 AM

Deepest, darkest musical secrets:

I enjoy Spyro Gyra, and own several of their cds.
I really could not care less that Metallica 'sold out'.
I once bought a Linkin Park cd.

Runamok 02-16-2009 02:49 AM

i use music to (help*)get into chicks pants.
*edit.

BLHewitt 02-16-2009 12:49 PM

My neither, I just don't like the fact that they started making crappy music. :p:

Farfisa 02-16-2009 02:01 PM

I don't know if this has been said but, I actually like Elvis Presley's music. :(

gunnels 02-16-2009 04:35 PM

I just found myself comparing At The Drive-In to My Chemical Romance without bias. :(

ChloeHonor 02-17-2009 12:21 AM

I listen to rap... 0=

Womanboogie 02-17-2009 04:44 AM

I refuse to listen to the whole 808s and Heartbreak album
but I can't help listening to Love Lockdown over and over and over again.

Guybrush 02-17-2009 05:51 AM

This is perhaps not my deepest secret, but Falco was awesome. May he rest in peace!

I went to go see Cradle of Filth...
I still would like to bed Shania Twain, and 'Come On Over' is the first record I ever bought.

jackhammer 02-17-2009 01:37 PM

I have now decided that I have no musical guilty secrets anymore. Maybe it's my age :(

scottsy 02-17-2009 07:38 PM

It could be considered lyrically appropriate!

Not a guilty pleasure at all.

Alfred 02-18-2009 02:09 PM

Kay, I now own my favorite CD, so I really don't have any musical secrets.

Surell 02-19-2009 09:09 PM

I kinda like MCR.

I kinda sorta don't mind 'em myself - not going to rush out there and buy or download any of their stuff, but I don't feel the need to barf whenever I hear a song by them...

Farfisa 02-20-2009 09:34 AM

I can tolerate them myself. People need to stop flaming MCR all of the time... it's getting pretty old.

Surell 02-20-2009 01:34 PM

The main way I got into them was I got the Black Parade whilst getting a hat at Hot Topic. It was a twofer kinda deal. But yeah, I like the CD alright and I don't mind em.

I think I might lose street cred for this.

I wouldn't worry... after my confession, I'm quite sure I have the street credit debt collectors on my ass. ;)

Simply Red......the worst type of music ever

If I told it wouldn't be a secret anymore. ;)

That's just a matter of taste; The fact that Simply Red released their first single in 1985, and that Mick Hucknall has made a very respectable living ever since from those beginnings speaks volumes. There aren't so many Pop Bands who can claim this, and their high-quality brand of music is revered world-wide.I cannot think of many vocalists who can reproduce studio cut vocals in a live setting with such unerring acuracy as those of Mick Hucknall, either.

What, the Savage Garden or whatever it was? I don't know them. I take it they're cheesy or sellouts or something?

No, they're the worst thing imaginable.
