Well I just dont feel the need to vote yes just because 13 others have. I mean christ, Hendrix isnt even inducted yet and Tom Waits is about to be? To me thats a joke. What about Robin Trower, Bevis Brond, Grateful Dead... There are so many ahead of Tom Waits.

Just voting no because of the order he's been nominated in is silly logic.

As is said before, his music is good, but not Best Of worthy. And yes order is important, the best of a category should be nominated first in my opinion.

So then nominate! It seems simple to me that if you want Robin Trower to be up before Tom Waits then get your nomination in first. The order for this thread appears to be fairly straightforward, it will be whatever nominations get sent in first.

None of those people are ahead of Tom Waits for me in terms of how I feel about them, but what does the order in which the people are nominated matter? It's not as if the people you mention have been rejected. Their cases just haven't been reviewed yet.

By that logic, Creed should get in provided anyone more deserving gets in first.

I'm gonna say yes, because he is well liked around MB, and he has made some great music.
