Anyone should be able to vote after 50 posts regardless of time spent. Nominations should require 500 posts?

I'm cool with 50 to 100. Thinking about it 500 is a bit unrealistic.

I am blown away with how good this idea is. I never even gave it thought, very creative and is an all inclusive way of keeping some sort of personal touch. I think 500 will do fine however unlike PMO, if anything raise it.
