I've been burned in it lol.

Because I'm a ****ING WHITE MALE.

The Batlord 04-08-2017 12:30 PM

There are only two times a white person is truly jealous of a black person. When a white guy looks down in the mirror, and when any white person stays out too long in the sun.

Ol’ Qwerty Bastard 04-08-2017 12:46 PM

tfw you open a new tab to post a Manowar song but then get stuck listening to the entire song because one cannot simply turn off a Manowar song

The Batlord 04-08-2017 01:04 PM

TFW someone posts a Manowar song when you're drunk and you gotta bump it.

Fallacy.

Based on decades of research, and using similar height and weight, a black man will average about 1/10" more length than a white man but will suffer a bit in girth.

Chew on that Bat. :D

I just wonder why and how Chula's done decades worth of research on Big Black Dicks.

TFW your friends visit you at work with their new dog because they're excited for you to meet him too :).

Is your life partner's new dog a good boy?

Frownland 04-12-2017 05:55 PM

Former life partner, now he's just one of the main wheels of a life tricycle.

And yes.

How long do you think before 3rd wave feminism tries to prevent men from becoming OBGYNs?

Also, do biological men who identify as non-male genders make less because of the wage gap?

TFW you read the comment section of a Rigor Mortis vid and randomly stumble across a Batlord comment.

TFW Amnesia: The Dark Descent is on sale on Steam for $3.99 and you can't pass it up, now making you feel obligated to actually play the damn thing at some point. **** that ****.

Ol’ Qwerty Bastard 04-22-2017 04:14 PM

great game. stream it.

Honestly, I've seen the game played multiple times and know pretty much how long until you're actually in danger, so it would probably be a boring stream for a good while. I'm thinking of doing either a Let's Play or a stream of Penumbra though. It's basically the spiritual prequel to Amnesia made by the exact same people, and gameplay-wise it's pretty much the same, and is regarded as scary as all ****.

Ol’ Qwerty Bastard 04-22-2017 04:39 PM

that sounds good. I also think the no chat thing would be ok with a horror game because it's far more entertaining than a drunk man playing Starcraft anyway. i wish you could stream Alien Isolation though, would be much funnies.

Yeah, you'd definitely get your money's worth watching me play Alien Isolation, but I'm a bitch in general, and I've played just a little bit of Penumbra a while ago but stopped right when the baddies were about to show cause I just didn't want any of it. That game is definitely the spiritual prequel to Amnesia, and I was getting flashbacks to watching other people play Amnesia.

And I honestly kind of don't want to use chat with a horror game, cause it might ruin the feeling of isolation that makes horror games **** with you.

Key 04-22-2017 07:37 PM

I've still yet to beat Alien: Isolation. I just can't do it. The fear in that game is true and real and it's so well done.

I got almost to the end of the medical wing a while ago, stopped playing, and then restarted it a little bit ago. I didn't even get past the very first alien encounter cause I just didn't want any of it. None of it. I could remember what it led to. When the alien is on the prowl, every second is like a kick to the nuts, and I mean that kind of literally, cause you know when you take a serious hit to the balls and your stomach just clenches up? Yeah.

Pretty much. I originally thought you were just a little bitch when you were talking about it, but then I came to realize that you had every right to be terrified. I also saw that you (hopefully) picked up Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Truly an amazing game. You'll enjoy it if you've never played it.

I don't wanna play Amnesia either, but I bought it, and will get to it... in October or something... or whenever I'm drunk enough. I honestly don't know whether to be more scared of it or Alien: Isolation. The Grunts aren't nearly as smart or merciless from what I've seen.

But first I'm gonna be getting into Penumbra. Expect terrified Twitch streams or Youtube videos. I'm recording that **** defo.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent is far less about jump scares and more for atmospheric fear. The location and overall feel of the game is what gets you nervous. There are jump scares obviously and some of them are really good. But it won't make you feel always uneasy like Alien does. And it doesn't really have to since it does a good enough job scaring anyway.

I'll be interested in seeing your playthrough of Penumbra as I've never heard of or played it.

Gameplay-wise it's basically the prequel to Amnesia and made by the same people. So it'll be an Amnesia-esque playthrough.

TFW you're driving home listening to an epic song and you're about to get home before the song finishes so you drive around the block 5 times because you don't want to kill the moment

Dad?

No but seriously my dad will do that all the time. We turn on my street, and turn right back off of it. He does time it pretty well though and most of the time the song finishes either right before or right after hitting the driveway.
