And that's why you're a floyd fan. You have Roger who is all about the lyrics, and Gilmore who's all about the melody...put them together, and you can't lose. Except that putting them together ultimately tore them apart.

Lounge Act is the best song on Nevermind and Smells Like Teen Spirit is the worst

U2 and Bruce Springsteen are crap and Freddie Mercury's voice kills "Under Pressure" for me. On any other song he's amazing, but on this one I can't stand him. It should have been all Bowie.

I wouldn't call them crap but I will say I never understood all the hype.
I just can't get into either of them.

By no means an unpopular opinion.

Most things should be all Bowie.

It took me a long time to get into Springsteen. Its still all piecemeal to me but I can honestly say I love "Atlantic City" from Live in Dublin

(the Nebraska version is awful)

U2 on the otherhand seems passionless to a large degree when I go back and listen to them. Save for Bullet in the Blue Sky which was a divergence from the rest of their catalouge, I think their not working towards much of an adventure if you catch my drift.
