greed is appetising
withdraw or be thrown into chaos
stand your ground
pay the ultimate price
profit, and devalue yourself
socially cripple the essence of your mind

wealth, the desire
to choose, descisions are made.
no option feasable
temptation claims the sick,
fall and never rise
exist never to live,
freedom to express
ones desires freely.
life means to live
wealth to die for.

set yourself behind closed doors,
outside it doesnt rain it pours.

wheres all my sadness gone
i dont feel lonesome
ive passed through darkest of days
my head feels light presenting a new phase
i feel good,this feels strange
goodbye to all my yesterdays.
im so glad that im alive
after that painful nose dive
i truley feel light headed and free
this is my story.....

i didnt have to fight to get to the top,
it was given to me the bucket and mop.
i was given responsibilities,
something of which comforted me.
simple mind with simple pleasures,
easy accessable treasures.
but when they took liberties,
day in day out all poked fun at me
i began to lose control, it was a downward spiral.

dark clouds have passed
rainbow in the sky,
the sun is smiling and so am i.
A little hope goes a long way,
im ready to go back to work
to face another day.

I have an important job to do
just like that priminister fellow,
if i cut corners in my job all the people would bellow.
so wether your at the bottom, or the top
ul always need a bucket to clean up the slop
il leave this with you to reside
from me to you its goodbye.

and the light shines upon my face
im in a special place,-i am.
My heart is ever beating,in my chest
if i had to pick a year, this ones best
got a pass, on all my tests
im surely blessed,-i am

thankyou for all you put in,
in life you will always win.
no matter where you tred,
your always get ahead.
cus your not afraid of hard work,
and every time your in, youve a new shirt.
and you always follow the dress code,
you have wisdom in years, and your not very old.

il go away now and ponder on what youve said
on my capabilities and what books ive read
i really dont look at myself the way you do
i hope what you say is honest and true

cus yes i need to get on,
step up the ladder climb every rung.
the world isnt going to slow down for me!i see,
so watch my tail thats as close as you get to me.

im a rocketeer and im gaining fast
im not coming in crippled and last
ive been told im the best of the rest

in the bush my end is coming fast
screaming with an upward motion
my heart is beating the sound of drums
shooting stars exploding in the sky
slipping out from my strong hold
diving back in, to drink from the hole.
knowing that i will never leave
all tied up but willingly.

take me to the end of the line
want to experience everything before i die
and death yes is beyond my control
if its going to happen let it be tomorrow
for the night is young you promised me a friend
so il know what true happiness is at the very end
knowing that i will never leave

i want a new carreer
something great that i can hold on to
a carreer worth while, give me a bit of style
get up in the morning and want to.
for in the place im at, im not getting that
i feel that my whole life is flat
so i want it pumped up, so i can fly out of that cup
and work somewhere else thats not so messed up.

yeh im telling you my story,
i hope its not jackanory. I hope your still awake now,
ive got to get this one, off my chest.
i need a new carreer i hope im blessed.
im searching here and im searching there
feels like everywhere. in all the papers in all the stores
to the tallest sky scraper down to the shop floor

time is not on my side, education beckons
the educated ,well populated,
to fill the vacancys stated.
still swimming around in my old tea cup,
swimming,swimming,swim-ming.

never ending circles
that twist and turn
at any given moment
slam the door on your dreams,
cant imagine a world without me.
yeh its big but not that big
through it all their is a purpose
everything is set in stone
from the land, air and sea,
to the tops of mountains and through the valleys.
im touched by the heart of the earth
that drives me and comforts me and lifts me to new heights.
not everyone thinks or even talks like me
which given their rights agree to disagree
nothing from man is set in stone
nothing from the earth is left alone
abuse all resources suckers in life
yet its not law breaking
so do nothing and nothing will eventually find you.
